What you need

Peanut Sauce
3 tbsp Simply Nutty The Crunchiest Peanut Butter
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp sodium reduced soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, finely grated
¼ cup water
2 tbsp chilli oil (plus extra for drizzling)

750g pork wontons/dumplings
3 spring onions, sliced on the diagonal
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Step 1.

Prepare the sauce by placing Simply Nutty The Crunchiest Peanut Butter, tahini, sodium reduced soy sauce, sugar, rice wine vinegar, garlic, water and chilli oil into a bowl and mix well to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Step 2.

Cook the wontons/dumplings as per instructions on the package. When the dumplings are cooked, arrange on a plate then drizzle with the peanut butter sauce. Top with spring onions, coriander, sesame seeds, peanuts and chilli oil.

Step 3.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
